About Nova7

A groundworks and civils team built around getting the fundamentals right

Nova7 is a London-based groundworks and civil engineering contractor working directly with residential developers, main contractors, housing associations and local authorities. We've been on the tools since 2021, and we've kept the business at a size where the people who quote the job are the people who stand behind it on site.

We specialise in the below-ground and enabling works that every scheme depends on: groundworks, drainage, foundations, roads and utilities. It's not the most visible part of a project, but it's the part that everything else is judged against — so we plan it properly, resource it properly, and see it through to sign-off.

Groundworks and civil engineering, end to end

Eight core service lines that cover a site from the first strip of turf to the finished surface — engaged as a full package or as standalone works alongside your own team.

Groundworks & Enabling Works

Site strip, reduced dig, temporary access and enabling packages sequenced to protect programme from day one.

Drainage & SUDS

Foul, surface water and combined drainage, attenuation and sustainable drainage systems built to adoptable standards.

Civil Engineering & Infrastructure

Roads, sewers and below-ground infrastructure delivered against Section 104 and Section 278 agreements.

Utilities Installation

Ducting, chambers and service routes for water, power, gas and telecoms, coordinated with statutory undertakers.

Foundations & Reinforced Concrete

Strip, pad, raft and piled cap foundations, plus reinforced concrete formed and finished to specification.

Site Clearance & Earthworks

Demolition support, muck-away, cut-and-fill and earthworks management with waste-to-landfill kept to a minimum.

Roads, Kerbing & Surfacing

Estate roads, footways, kerbing and surfacing carried out to adoptable and private specification.

External works, paving, boundary treatments and landscaping that finish a scheme properly.

As-built information, sign-off and a point of contact after completion — not just until the invoice is paid.
